As an Unlimited Monthly Member, if you pre-register for an experience and do not show up or do not cancel at least one (1) hour before class begins, you will be charged $15 per incident.
Unlimited Members can freeze their membership, with 15 days notice, at no charge, for one (1) month per calendar year. Additional two (2) months of freeze can be purchased at $20 per month. Maximum three (3) month freeze.
CLASS "NO SHOW" POLICY
If you pre-register online for a class and cannot make the class, you can do one of two things: Please either cancel your scheduled session online OR call our front desk so we can do it for you. If you do not cancel your scheduled session at least one (1) hour before class begins, a class will be automatically deducted from your current package.
As an Unlimited Monthly Member, if you pre-register for a class and do not show up or do not cancel at least one (1) hour before class begins, you will be charged $15 per incident.
As a courtesy, please do your best to be on time. We are unable to admit students into any class after 10 minutes into the start of each class. Each class is carefully organized with a beginning, middle and end, all of which contribute to the experience. Latecomers not only miss a part of this experience, but also disrupt the experience for fellow urban souls in the class.
To limit disruptions during the opening of each class, we ask that latecomers wait outside the yoga room door until the teacher has opened it for you, and all latecomers may enter together. Teachers will open the door once about 10 minutes after the class starts to let people in. After this, the class will be closed. If you did not get into class, please return to the front desk to cancel your class sign-in so you don’t get charged/deducted for the class.
WORKSHOP & SERIES POLICY
Prepayment is required in full at the time of registration in order to reserve your space.
Registration can be completed over the phone or online, only if payment is made with a credit card.
If you sign up and pay for a workshop and are unable to attend please contact us to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of the workshop. If your request for cancellation is received within the 48 hour period that is required you can get a refund minus a 20% administration/credit card processing fee, or you can get a full refund credited to your Urban Souls account (this credit can be used toward any purchase).
If we receive your cancellation request less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop, refunds or credits will not be given. Cancellation requests must be made by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling the studio directly.
If Urban Souls cancels a workshop or series, a full refund will be issued.
MISSED CLASS POLICY FOR BEGINNER SERIES
One (1) missed class (only) can be made up in any Urban Souls regularly scheduled class, up to 1 week after the series ends, unless otherwise specified at time of registration. One (1) missed class can also be made-up in a future Beginner Series, provided the series is not full.
Mat storage can be purchased by Unlimited Monthly or Annual Members for $10/month. Urban Souls is not responsible for any lost or stolen mats.
