Postnatal Recovery Happy Hour

Join guest teacher Mina Penna, who leads a FUN and INFORMATIVE series of POSTNATAL FITNESS classes!

Each class incorporates gentle movement and mindful breathing to boost abdominal strength and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles; chest and shoulder strengtheners and openers for reversing nursing/cradling posture: and a big focus on TONING THE CORE to rebuild strength and support the lower back.

Additionally, each week will focus on simple strengthening techniques that you can incorporate as you move through your day. And, after each 1-hour class, moms are invited to chill and socialize with a cup of tea and conversation, enjoying the camaraderie of the Urban Moms Community. Pre-crawlers welcome!
