SEPT 22: Sun Salutations. Explore the foundational movement and healthy alignment of postures that flow together in sun salutations.
OCT 6: Back Bends & Twists. Learn how to practice safely and with control, with variations for modifying or going deeper.
OCT 20: Forward Folds & Side Bends. We'll work on a variety of seated and standing postures with variations for protecting the low back.
NOV 3: Hip Openers & Core Strength. Learn how to use the core to stabilize hip openers while safely gaining hip and spine mobility.
