Fall Detox 2-part Workshop

nutritional cleanse TALK & detoxifying yoga session, combined to wash away guilty pleasures!

Part 1: 3-Day Detox Info Session (includes booklet): By setting and sticking to the intention to eat clean and eat less, your body NATURALLY ELIMINATES TOXINS. This effective, phased 3-day approach is nutritious, delicious, and doable! We’ll review your 3-day detox booklet; learn how to cleanse SAFELY and comfortably anytime; and take home SIMPLE STEP-BY-STEP guidelines, GO-TO RECIPES, inspiration, and ways to keep it real. You’ll be amazed by how much lighter and revitalized you feel!

Part 2: Detoxifying Twist-themed Yoga Class: This FUN FLOW CLASS is designed to stoke healthy digestive fires known as "AGNI." We'll explore standing, seated and reclined twists—with variations to modify or go deeper—then cool down with postures that calm the nervous system. Open to all levels, although not appropriate during pregnancy.

Jocelyn Krasner  has been a yoga teacher for 20 years. YTTs include Jillian Pransky, Carrie Parker-Gastelu, Shiva Rea, and Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, where she led her Flow & Let Go programs as visiting faculty for 8 years.  Jocelyn is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), has a curious appetite for learning about food as medicine, and loves sharing juicy tidbits of found knowledge with like-minded folks on their individual wellness journeys.
